Open Meta: in collaboration with Totem. Web design with 3D and scrolling animations.
We designed and developed the Open Meta website alongside the team and Totem. Open Meta is building the infrastructure for a creating the blueprints of the open metaverse, ensuring everyone owns their identity and assets along the way.
Goals
Why the client reached out.
Open Meta had just undergone a rebrand and needed a new website that represented their new identity. They were just working up to their DAO launch and were struggling to properly explain the complexities. This is where we came in.
Results
How we delivered.
Using experiential story telling and scrolling animations we were able to simply explain how a user would enter and participate in the Open Meta DAO. The client and their users were very happy with this design. We delivered the website on time and on budget.
Using "text as texture" we created many graphics for the opening journey of the website. Then we utilized various mouse over and scrolling animations to bring a sense of immersion to the pages in which is was important to feel a sense of "belonging".
